Full Stack Developer II

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer II who can independently develop features across both frontend and backend, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building scalable, maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js, building reusable and performant UI components with TypeScript and Shadcn UI. Optimize application performance and user experience while integrating complex frontend workflows with backend APIs. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality interfaces.

- Design and develop REST APIs using Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (NestJS), implementing scalable business logic aligned with clean architecture principles. Create efficient database schemas in PostgreSQL, apply Redis caching where needed, and develop secure authentication and authorization systems. Ensure APIs are well-documented, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

- Independently deliver complete features, participate in technical design discussions, review code through pull requests, and provide constructive feedback. Mentor junior developers, troubleshoot complex production issues, and improve existing codebases through refactoring and optimization. Write unit and integration tests, adhere to engineering standards, and collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and AI teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development.

- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI for frontend development.

- Experience with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (NestJS), REST API development, PostgreSQL, Redis, authentication and authorization mechanisms, API validation, background jobs, and caching strategies on the backend.

- Familiarity with development tools such as Git & GitHub, Docker, Postman or Bruno, Linux command line, and IDEs like Visual Studio Code.

- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, clean architecture, design patterns, REST API design, database design and SQL optimization, HTTP protocol, Git workflows, debugging techniques, and software testing fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
