Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and Nest.js. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable software architecture. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js for frontend, and Express.js, Nest.js for backend development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and senior engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a strong focus on performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming using tools like JIRA.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to modern development best practices.
- Utilize Git for version control, contribute to code reviews, and support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and share knowledge within the team to foster continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Express.js and Nest.js for backend development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and database concepts including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- 0-1 year of professional experience in software development or relevant internships/projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is a plus.
- Exposure to unit testing, API documentation tools like Swagger, or cloud platforms will be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and container-based development is desirable.
