Full Stack Developer (Java Springboot)

Thathal ITS, a growing technology company based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java Spring Boot and React. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model, with remote work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and onsite presence on Wednesday or as needed by the manager or team. The position provides a competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 150,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will contribute to building scalable, reliable software solutions by working across frontend and backend development, database management, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontend features using React.
- Build reusable UI components and ensure consistent frontend patterns across applications.
- Design and maintain backend services with Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs and system integrations.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, implementing validation, loading states, and error handling.
- Manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including schema updates, data handling, and query optimization.
- Support application deployment and cloud operations using AWS services like EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
- Participate in CI/CD processes, contributing to deployment automation and release quality.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams during planning, development, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot technical and production issues, enhancing performance across frontend and backend systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
- Strong frontend development skills with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Proficient backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and modern development tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, attending the office on Wednesdays or as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
