Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 10-A, Karachi. This role requires working night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM and is open to male candidates currently residing in Karachi only. The successful candidate will engage in developing and maintaining a variety of custom websites, web applications, digital products, and both internal and external projects. This position demands hands-on involvement across frontend and backend development, troubleshooting, bug fixing, security vulnerability identification, server and database management, and overseeing projects from development through testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom websites, web applications, and digital products.
- Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Create and maintain backend APIs, services, and application logic.
- Manage databases, server environments, hosting, and deployment systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to frontend, backend, databases, and servers.
- Investigate bugs, performance problems, crashes, and production issues.
- Identify and address common security vulnerabilities and application weaknesses.
- Perform testing, debugging, and conduct code reviews prior to releases.
- Manage application versions and assist with production deployments.
- Monitor deployed applications and troubleshoot post-release issues.
- Utilize Git and follow established development/version-control workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, authentication services, and other external tools as needed.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, switching between different codebases.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from development through testing and deployment.
- Maintain clean, maintainable, documented, and reusable code.

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
- Proficiency with at least two modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
- Solid backend development skills using technologies like Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, or similar.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Linux/server environments and application deployment processes.
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, dashboards, or custom business applications.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production applications and server-side issues.
- Knowledge of web security principles, common vulnerabilities, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with existing codebases as well as build projects from scratch.
- Capability to independently research and resolve technical challenges.

This is an in-person role based in Karachi, offering a monthly salary of Rs. 50,000. Candidates may be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the hiring process. Only applicants based in Karachi are encouraged to apply.
