Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, application architecture, database management, and API integration. Experience with AI development tools is also essential to support efficient coding and debugging processes. This role requires a developer who can contribute to building scalable and maintainable software products while collaborating effectively within a technical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software products across the full application stack.
- Implement Clean Architecture or microservices principles to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.
- Develop and integrate APIs to enhance product functionality and enable system interoperability.
- Participate in technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and contribute to timely product delivery.
- Manage source code using GitHub, adhering to structured branching, version control, and collaboration best practices.
- Utilize AI development tools to assist with implementation, debugging, and improving code quality.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development, with hands-on involvement in product development.
- Proficiency in at least one architectural approach such as Clean Architecture or Microservices.
- Backend development skills in one or more of the following: .NET, Node.js, or Python.
- Frontend expertise in at least one of the following technologies: React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Practical experience using AI development tools like Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and/or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows, including branch management, pull requests, merging, and conflict resolution.

Position Details
This is a full-time position based in Clifton Block 5, Karachi. The work schedule is from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The role requires in-person attendance at the office. The monthly salary range is Rs150,000 to Rs250,000. The work arrangement details (on-site, hybrid, or remote) will be clarified during the hiring process.
