Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating responsive, high-performance web applications and websites that function seamlessly across multiple platforms. This role demands versatility, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications from initial concept through to deployment.
- Handle both front-end (UI/UX implementation) and back-end (logic, database, API) development tasks.
- Build custom features, integrations, and automation across diverse platforms.
- Work closely with designers and cross-functional teams to transform ideas into functional products.
- Optimize applications for speed, security, SEO, and scalability to ensure top performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve reliability and user experience.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code to maintain codebase quality.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with back-end frameworks including Node.js, Laravel, or Express.
- Strong understanding of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and cloud environments.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms is considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs150,000.
