Full Stack Developer

Optimus Orien is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our team on-site in Karachi for an initial two-month full-time contract. This role offers a monthly salary of PKR 50,000 with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. The position is based in Karachi and requires physical presence at the office. There is potential for contract extension depending on performance and project needs. Candidates must be between 18 and 26 years of age to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Fix existing bugs and resolve technical issues within the current platform
- Maintain and enhance the performance, stability, and security of the system
- Develop new features in collaboration with the existing frontend, backend, and database infrastructure
- Manage APIs, authentication, and user permissions effectively
- Improve dashboards and data visualizations to support user experience
- Deploy updates and manage platform releases
- Gradually contribute to integrating AI capabilities into the platform

Required Qualifications
- Strong full-stack development skills with the ability to build and debug efficiently
- Proficiency in working with frontend, backend, and database technologies
- Ability to understand and work within an existing codebase independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in AI and software development, with a desire to grow into AI-related roles
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site in Karachi and take ownership of their technical responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or familiarity with Python, large language models (LLMs), AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or AI-powered applications is a significant advantage
- Exposure to AI integration projects or enthusiasm for practical AI applications is highly valued
