Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with business objectives. Guide and support the development team throughout the process. Manage both frontend and backend development tasks for web applications. Design and implement intuitive user interfaces while ensuring smooth integration with backend services. Develop server-side logic, APIs, and handle database management effectively. Collaborate with various teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to meet growing demands. Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments promptly.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python is essential. Experience with frontend frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or Spring Boot. Understanding of database systems, including both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend environments. Demonstrated commitment to coding best practices, including thorough testing and debugging.
