Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives while providing guidance to the development team throughout the process.
- Manage both frontend and backend development tasks for web applications.
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces (UI) that seamlessly integrate with backend services.
- Develop server-side logic, APIs, and handle database management to support application functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability to meet growing demands.
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously improve application speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments promptly to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with frontend frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks including Django, Flask, or Spring Boot.
- Understanding of database systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with at least 1.5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend environments.
- Demonstrated adherence to coding best practices, including testing and debugging.
