Full Stack Developer

WorldInfotek Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join their IT & Software Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that are efficient, secure, and user-friendly. This role requires hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, and troubleshooting. The position is full-time, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, and offers a monthly salary range of PKR 50,000 to 70,000. The work location is on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Build and manage front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Develop back-end functionality, including business logic and server-side applications.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure website security, scalability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers.
- Maintain clean, reusable, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Use Git or other version control systems to manage source code.
- Deploy applications, manage updates, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Meet project deadlines and adhere to established development standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Practical experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience in API development, integration, and testing.
- Familiarity with Git, deployment processes, and debugging tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Performance Expectations

The Full Stack Developer is expected to deliver reliable, high-quality, and maintainable code while completing assigned development tasks within agreed deadlines. The role requires ensuring that applications meet functional, performance, and security requirements. Prompt resolution of bugs and technical issues is essential, along with providing regular progress updates to the reporting manager. The developer will also contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications and development processes.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the designated Technical Lead, Project Manager, or Head of Department.

The overall objective of this role is to develop and maintain efficient, secure, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions that align with the company’s business goals and provide value to its clients.
