We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive web applications from front to back. This role involves building responsive user interfaces, creating secure and efficient backend services, and optimizing database performance. Working remotely, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. Design and implement RESTful APIs with robust error handling and security features. Build responsive, component-based user interfaces in React, focusing on clean architecture and reusable code. Manage application state effectively using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or React Query. Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and aggregations to improve performance. Implement authentication and authorization methods, including JWT and session-based approaches. Apply security best practices such as input validation, rate limiting, Helmet integration, and CORS configuration. Optimize both frontend and backend performance to ensure scalability and responsiveness. Collaborate closely with QA and DevOps teams to support deployment, testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for codebases, APIs, and database structures.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React for frontend development. At least 3 years of experience working with Node.js and Express on backend services. Proven expertise in MongoDB database design and management. Strong understanding of Git and GitHub workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews. Experience with Docker and cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or equivalent services.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
