Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Seanet Technologies, a sister concern of Cargolinkers, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development and be capable of independently managing and leading development projects. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly applications. The salary range for this position is PKR 60,000 to 100,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and React Query.
- Design and implement server-side applications and RESTful JSON APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create logical and efficient workflows.
- Analyze complex problem statements and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Work with frontend design libraries to build responsive and user-friendly UI components.
- Manage relational databases, including designing ERDs, normalization, and working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL.
- Utilize Sequelize ORM for database interactions.
- Independently manage full development lifecycle from concept through delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Prior experience with supply chain-related websites or applications is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern development practices.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries, including React.js, Next.js, Redux, and React Query.
- Practical knowledge of database design, SQL, NoSQL, and ORM tools like Sequelize.
- Ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
