Full Stack Developer (NextJS, Node JS, Claude Code)

Iyrix Tech is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js who can effectively leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to build, ship, and iterate rapidly. This role focuses less on manual coding and more on designing robust software architectures, as approximately 95% of the code will be generated using AI tools and open-source large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate uses AI as a force multiplier to accelerate development without compromising quality and can transform ideas into functional products quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect software systems and features across the stack using Next.js, React, and Node.js, creating the frameworks that AI tools will implement.
- Utilize AI coding platforms like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and open-source LLMs as the primary means of writing code daily.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features based on product requirements and user feedback.
- Review, debug, refactor, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability.
- Write clear specifications and prompts that guide AI tools toward producing clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to convert ideas into shipped features efficiently.
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and planning through deployment and monitoring.
- Fine-tune, train, or adapt LLM models for internal or product-specific use cases.
- Continuously explore and integrate new AI tools and workflows to improve team productivity and velocity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong software architecture skills with the ability to design system structures, data flows, and technical decisions that AI tools will execute.
- Solid hands-on experience with Next.js and the broader React/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience using Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex in real projects is mandatory.
- Comfortable working with open-source LLMs alongside commercial AI coding tools.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality code quickly without sacrificing standards.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly in reviewing and fixing AI-generated code.
- Proficiency with APIs, databases, and version control systems such as Git.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with AI/LLM technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience building applications directly with LLMs or AI APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI.
- Experience with training or fine-tuning LLM models, including techniques like LoRA, fine-tuning pipelines, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

Additional Information
- Location: Onsite in Lahore, Johar Town, near Emporium.
- Working hours: 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- Salary range: PKR 80,000 to 160,000 per month.
- You will have real ownership over the products you build, working in a small, fast-moving team that values output over process and rewards results.

Candidates will be asked to share a link to a project where the majority of the code was AI-generated and they handled architecture or review. They should also confirm their familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex, availability for the specified working hours, and readiness to join within a week of selection.
