Full Stack Developer-Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks.
- Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, or equivalent technologies.
- Design, develop, and optimize relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to best software development practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design activities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software development principles.
- Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, or similar backend frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Practical experience with Vue.js, React.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, and database optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks.
- Experience using Git and working within collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preferred skills include experience developing SaaS or cloud-based applications, familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms, and knowledge of Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding microservices architecture, distributed systems, and working with NoSQL databases such as Redis or MongoDB is a plus. Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka, automated testing frameworks, and high-volume data processing applications is also beneficial. Exposure to marketing technology (MarTech), customer engagement platforms, or customer data platforms (CDP) is advantageous. A basic understanding of application performance monitoring and optimization is desirable.
