Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer with over two years of professional experience, specializing in the PERN stack and Next.js. This full-time position is based on-site in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and requires the candidate to have their own laptop. The role involves developing scalable web applications, creating robust backend APIs, and implementing efficient caching and asynchronous processing systems using Redis and RabbitMQ. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend functionality.
- Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Implement message queues and asynchronous processing workflows with RabbitMQ.
- Utilize Redis for caching and performance optimization to enhance application responsiveness.
- Create responsive, reusable, and optimized frontend components following best UI/UX practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve overall application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to deliver features efficiently and on schedule.
- Adhere to best practices in security, scalability, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in professional web development.
- Strong expertise in the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js framework.
- Practical experience working with Redis for caching and RabbitMQ for message queuing.
- Solid understanding of database design, API development, and backend architecture principles.
- Proficient in writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry standards.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and JWT-based authentication mechanisms.
- Comfortable using development tools such as Git, GitHub, Postman, VS Code, npm/pnpm.
- Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi and possess a personal laptop for development tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Docker and Linux command-line environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs85,000 based on experience and skills.
