KalSoft is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in both modern frontend and backend technologies. The successful candidates will be engaged in an offshore project and must be capable of working independently across the full technology stack. This role requires a proactive approach to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating effectively with technical teams to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Next.js, including both Server Components and Client Components.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs with Express.js.
- Implement background jobs, task processing, and asynchronous workflows using Bull/BullMQ.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and data models.
- Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered solutions leveraging LangChain (Node.js).
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak.
- Containerize and manage applications using Docker and Docker Compose.
- Work with Minikube/Kubernetes environments for application deployment and management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure reliable production deployments.
- Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with technical teams to deliver project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Extensive experience with Next.js, including Server Components and Client Components.
- Solid backend development skills with Express.js and Node.js.
- Practical experience with Bull/BullMQ for task and job management.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain using Node.js for AI/LLM integration.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using Keycloak.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose for containerization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be based in Pakistan and comfortable working in an offshore project environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
