Full Stack Development Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Lahore, is seeking a Full Stack Development Instructor to join their onsite team full-time. The company specializes in delivering practical, industry-focused IT training through physical classes aimed at preparing young individuals for careers and freelancing opportunities in technology. This role involves guiding trainees from the basics of web development to building and deploying fully functional web applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and live coding labs aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Explain programming concepts clearly and patiently, catering especially to beginners with little or no prior experience.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, coding exercises, assignments, and quizzes.
- Review trainee code regularly and provide guidance through mini-projects and a final capstone project.
- Track attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit detailed reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who require extra help.
- Advise trainees on building portfolios, managing GitHub profiles, freelancing, and navigating job applications.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and either MongoDB or SQL databases.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and version control using Git.
- Demonstrated ability through at least two live projects or a publicly accessible GitHub portfolio.
- Excellent live-coding, debugging, and explanatory skills in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them build confidence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js frameworks is highly desirable.
- A proven freelancing track record on platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr is an advantage.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles will be considered a plus.
