Paklogics is looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, backend services, APIs, portals, and enterprise integrations. This role requires proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with a solid background in building and consuming RESTful APIs. The ideal developer will be comfortable working across multiple technologies and collaborating on complex projects that demand high performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable frontend and backend applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Create, document, and maintain RESTful APIs to support various business functions.
- Develop robust business logic and backend services that are efficient and maintainable.
- Build responsive web interfaces for both administrative and customer-facing portals.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, including designing efficient schemas, queries, and data-access layers.
- Integrate third-party APIs, identity management systems, payment gateways, and enterprise platforms to enhance application functionality.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT and OAuth standards.
- Perform debugging, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Write reusable, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Actively participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to improve code quality and system design.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid experience in React.js and Node.js frameworks.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Deep understanding of both relational and NoSQL data modeling concepts.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization protocols, including JWT and OAuth.
- Familiarity with Git version control and modern development workflows.
- Knowledge of application scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS cloud services, microservices architecture, Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Familiarity with enterprise integrations, payment systems, regulated applications, and high-volume platforms will be considered an advantage.
