Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer to take ownership of building and enhancing features within our deals module. This role involves end-to-end development, from designing and implementing backend APIs to delivering polished, user-friendly frontend experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop RESTful APIs using Laravel 12, including controllers, form request validation, Eloquent models, migrations, and queues.
- Implement robust access control mechanisms using roles and permissions (Spatie) and handle JWT token verification issued by a central identity service (RS256, JWKS).
- Build responsive and dynamic frontend screens with React 18 and TypeScript, utilizing Vite, React Query, React Router, and Tailwind CSS. Integrate Microsoft sign-in functionality via MSAL.
- Integrate with external services through REST APIs for user and role synchronization, signed service tokens, and AI services.
- Write comprehensive tests using PHPUnit, Pest, Vitest, and Cypress, and actively participate in code reviews and pull request processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience with Laravel and React.
- Proficiency in PHP 8.2+ and Laravel versions 10 through 12, including expertise in Eloquent ORM, database migrations, queues, and authentication mechanisms such as Sanctum or JWT.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL 8, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with React 18, TypeScript 5, React hooks, React Query (TanStack), and React Router.
- Solid understanding of REST API design principles and familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Proficient with Git version control and pull-request workflows.
- Skilled in testing frameworks on both backend and frontend, such as PHPUnit or Pest for PHP, and Vitest or Jest for JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect protocols, Microsoft Entra ID, and MSAL integration.
- Familiarity with containerization and caching technologies like Docker and Redis.
- Exposure to Azure cloud services, including App Service, Key Vault, and Front Door.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Radix or shadcn UI, and rich text editors like Tiptap.
- Additional experience with Java and Spring Boot is a plus.
