Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using either .NET 5 or the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge across the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects in either .NET 5 or MERN stack technologies.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React for MERN track).
- Proficiency in back-end development using .NET 5 or Node.js, depending on the track.
- Experience working with databases, including MongoDB for MERN or SQL Server for .NET developers.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
