We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on building, maintaining, and scaling production-grade web applications. This role involves working closely with both backend and frontend technologies to deliver robust, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python and Django, as well as frontend frameworks like React.js or Next.js, and be comfortable managing Linux-based production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Implement and manage task queues, routing, workers, retries, and troubleshooting using Celery and RabbitMQ.
- Handle database operations including backups, restores, migrations, and performance tuning with PostgreSQL.
- Manage AWS RDS instances and utilize pgAdmin for database administration.
- Configure and maintain Linux servers, including systemd services, permissions, Nginx, Gunicorn, and log management.
- Build and integrate frontend applications using React.js and Next.js, ensuring seamless API communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable web applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, ensuring high availability and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Proven experience working with Celery, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of Linux server environments and production deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Nginx, Gunicorn, and systemd for managing web server and application services.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js and Next.js, including API integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
