Full Stack Engineer (.Net/C#)

31Green Ltd is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET and C# to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working model based in Islamabad, with remote options available for candidates residing in other cities across Pakistan. The working hours are from 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM, five days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality applications while collaborating closely with product, business, and technical teams. This role demands a proactive approach to building robust solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring application reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications and APIs.
- Build and optimize backend services using .NET and C#.
- Develop and support web and mobile user experiences, including React Native applications.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, integrations, monitoring, and scalable application architecture.
- Integrate AI capabilities and AI-powered services into products where applicable.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and production-ready software.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards and technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong full-stack development skills with a solid command of .NET and C# backend/API development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-based application environments.
- Good understanding of AI technologies, APIs, integrations, and practical AI use cases.
- Proficient knowledge of databases, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
