Full Stack Engineer (.Net/C#)

31Green Ltd is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET and C# to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working model based in Islamabad, with remote options available for candidates residing in other cities across Pakistan. The working hours are from 11:00 AM/12:00 PM to 8:00 PM/9:00 PM, five days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality applications while collaborating closely with product, business, and technical teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to building robust solutions, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of the company’s software products.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications and APIs.
- Build and optimize backend services using .NET and C#.
- Develop and maintain web and mobile user interfaces, including React Native applications.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, integrations, monitoring, and scalable application architecture.
- Integrate AI capabilities and AI-powered services into products where applicable.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and production-ready software.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards and technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong full-stack development skills with a solid understanding of .NET and C# backend/API development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-based application environments.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, APIs, integrations, and practical AI use cases.
- Proficient knowledge of databases, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in building or integrating AI/LLM-based features and services.
