Full Stack Engineer (React + Java)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with over 7 years of hands-on expertise in React.js, Java, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design and be capable of building scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves owning features end-to-end, from initial development through testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance architecture and improve code quality, ensuring robust and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot technologies.
- Design scalable systems with a focus on distributed architecture and performance optimization.
- Take full ownership of features throughout the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to refine system architecture and improve overall code quality.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including frontend architecture, reusable components, and performance tuning.
- Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and backend service implementation.
- Deep understanding of system design principles, scalability challenges, distributed systems, concurrency, caching strategies, and system reliability.
- Proven experience with database integration, software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and production environment support.
- Familiarity with real-time application development using WebSockets and WebRTC.
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD pipeline implementation and cloud deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated capability to own features end-to-end.
