Full-Stack Flutter Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Flutter Developer to join our team on-site in a full-time capacity. The role requires working evening shifts from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am. The successful candidate will have strong backend development experience with PHP and the Laravel framework, along with frontend expertise in Flutter and React. This position offers the chance to work on cross-platform mobile applications and responsive web interfaces, focusing on delivering high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build scalable backend APIs and services with PHP and Laravel.
- Create responsive web applications and user interfaces using React.
- Integrate APIs, databases, authentication mechanisms, and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Debug issues, maintain existing codebases, and implement new features.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver reliable and high-quality products.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming.
- Solid knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework for backend development.
- Practical experience in frontend development using React.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, MySQL, and database design principles.
- Understanding of authentication processes, API integration, and application security best practices.
- Proficiency with Git version control, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary range: Rs 80,000 to Rs 120,000.
- On-site work location.
- Full-time employment.
- Shift timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
