Full-Stack MERN / Next.js Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) along with Next.js. Implement responsive user interfaces and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Integrate third-party services while ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to align development with business goals. Participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and contribute to technical planning and estimation. Take ownership of features from concept through deployment and continuously optimize existing systems. Maintain proactive communication in a fully remote work environment.

Required Qualifications
Strong front-end development skills with React and Next.js, including expertise in responsive UI design and component-based architecture. Solid back-end development experience using Node.js and Express.js, with a focus on building and integrating APIs. Proficiency in software development best practices such as version control (Git), testing, debugging, and secure coding. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) with a good grasp of asynchronous programming, modular design, and performance optimization. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or similar tools for handling complex application state. Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or other NoSQL/SQL systems, including data modeling and query optimization. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage time independently, and collaborate using online communication platforms. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required. Prior full-stack development experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time remote position requiring a commitment of 8 hours per day, Monday through Saturday. The starting salary is PKR 70,000 per month, fixed during the initial period. Based on demonstrated technical skills, performance, reliability, and contributions to the team, salary appraisals will be considered.
