We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Mobile Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lahore. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise mobile applications. This role involves developing cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart, as well as designing and maintaining backend APIs with Node.js and NestJS. You will be responsible for integrating third-party services, managing app releases, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and responsive mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Design, build, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or Express.
- Integrate native mobile hardware features including camera functionality (QR scanning), biometric authentication, local file storage, and push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Connect mobile applications with third-party APIs such as SMS gateways, payment processors, and identity verification services.
- Manage the full app lifecycle including packaging, signing, deployment, and submission to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Ensure code quality, maintain UI responsiveness, support offline capabilities, and implement secure data handling practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Flutter and Dart mobile development.
- Proven track record of delivering 2 to 3 complete Flutter applications from development through production deployment.
- Strong expertise in Flutter architecture, responsive UI design, and state management.
- Solid backend development skills, including REST API design, JSON handling, API authentication, and microservices architecture.
- Ability to write and maintain backend services, not limited to consuming APIs.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs.
- Familiarity with Firebase services, including FCM for push notifications, OTP, and authentication workflows.
- Experience working with native mobile features such as camera integration, QR code scanning/generation, biometric authentication, file/document management, and secure local storage.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining Flutter apps on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including handling release builds, signing certificates, provisioning profiles, and production releases.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution skills across both mobile and backend components.
- Experience working with secure APIs and handling sensitive user data.
