Full-Stack .NET Developer – AI & Automation

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our team in Lahore, supporting and enhancing applications that drive our U.S. operations. This role involves maintaining, supporting, and developing software solutions with a focus on reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver capable of translating business needs into practical applications, working closely with the U.S. team to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and develop web and mobile applications using C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
- Perform bug fixing, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software performance.
- Design, build, and integrate APIs and microservices, including third-party service integrations.
- Provide user support and training to facilitate smooth adoption and operation of applications.
- Implement AI-assisted development techniques, including prompt engineering and workflow automation, to enhance software capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Manage production environments, including debugging and maintaining live applications.
- Participate in continuous improvement cycles, from problem identification through to deployment and support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core (minimum 4 years).
- Proficiency in SQL/PostgreSQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Git, and API/microservices development.
- Experience with web and mobile development frameworks.
- Solid understanding of debugging, production support, and application deployment processes.
- Good command of English with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the U.S. team.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work.
- Willingness and ability to manage night shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development, including experience with LLM/AI APIs and prompt engineering. Familiarity with OpenAI APIs is a strong advantage.
- Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory, logistics, barcode scanning, order processing, or shipping systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
