Full-Stack Python AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI-powered web applications, covering both backend services and frontend interfaces. Build robust Python APIs and integrate machine learning models into production environments. Implement secure and scalable system architectures to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Write clean, well-tested, and documented code. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack. Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakistan.

Required Qualifications

Strong backend development experience using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for building APIs and microservices. Proven expertise in AI and machine learning model development, integration, and deployment, including familiarity with popular ML libraries and techniques for inference optimization. Proficiency in frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, along with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Experience working with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, including query optimization skills. Familiarity with DevOps practices such as containerization using Docker, version control with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Understanding of software architecture principles, secure coding standards, and performance tuning for scalable applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
