SOFRIX is seeking a motivated Full Stack React Native Engineer to join our expanding engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native along with a solid understanding of full-stack development, including web technologies, APIs, databases, and backend systems. This role offers an opportunity to work on scalable applications while growing your skills across the entire development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and databases to support frontend functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy features from frontend through backend to production.
- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring application stability and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance development processes.
- Communicate effectively within the team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1.5 to 2+ years of professional experience in React Native and full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native framework.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of backend development and server-side technologies.
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Good knowledge of modern web technologies and frontend development principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to independently find effective solutions.
- Ability to understand project requirements and take ownership of features from conception to deployment.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Candidates who have graduated from reputable universities such as FAST, NUST, COMSATS, or similar institutions will be preferred. However, we value strong practical skills and problem-solving ability above the university name.
The ideal candidate is someone who not only writes code but understands the reasoning behind it. You should be comfortable taking full ownership of features, from frontend development through backend integration and deployment. A willingness to learn new technologies and a focus on code quality, performance, and scalability are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are also important.
