Full Stack React Native Engineer

SOFRIX is seeking a skilled Full Stack React Native Engineer to join our expanding engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native along with a solid understanding of full-stack development, including web technologies, APIs, databases, and backend systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects involving real-time audio and video communication technologies, contributing to scalable and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Build and integrate backend services and APIs to support frontend functionality.
- Work with real-time communication technologies such as WebRTC or RTC to develop calling and voice applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy features end-to-end.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack to ensure application stability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Take ownership of features from frontend development through backend integration and deployment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in React Native and full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with real-time audio/video communication technologies such as WebRTC or RTC.
- Strong proficiency in React Native and a good command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of backend development and server-side technologies.
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with modern web technologies and frontend development frameworks.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze requirements and independently develop effective solutions.
- Ability to debug complex issues and build scalable, maintainable applications.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates who have graduated from reputable universities such as FAST, NUST, COMSATS, or similar institutions will be preferred; however, practical skills and problem-solving ability are valued more than the university name.
