We are seeking a skilled software engineer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on integrating AI-powered automation features into products and workflows. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, as well as frontend or full-stack applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and integrate AI-driven automation features into existing products and internal processes to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, develop, and ship new features.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI and large language model (LLM) APIs and tools when appropriate.
- Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to establishing and maintaining engineering best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments promptly.
- Engage in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI automation solutions, including LLM-powered features, workflow automation, AI agents, or chatbots.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs, preferably REST or GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks or APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom-built solutions.
- Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs 60,000 to Rs 110,000, commensurate with experience and skills. This is an in-person role, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with the team on-site.
