We are looking for a talented Full Stack WordPress Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will independently manage both backend and frontend development of WordPress websites, focusing on custom solutions, performance optimization, and scalability. This role demands delivering clean, responsive user interfaces while ensuring robust functionality and seamless user experiences across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development:
Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements. Build and manage custom APIs and integrations to extend website functionality. Handle PHP and MySQL development, creating custom features beyond standard plugins. Implement and manage CRUD operations efficiently, while optimizing database and backend performance for speed and reliability.
Frontend Development:
Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Customize pages using Elementor or similar page builders. Convert designs from Figma or PSD files into fully functional, pixel-perfect websites.
WordPress & WooCommerce Development:
Develop and maintain WooCommerce stores, ensuring smooth eCommerce operations. Build portfolio and business websites with tailored features to meet client needs. Customize checkout flows, product pages, and user journeys to enhance the customer experience. Ensure scalability and performance of eCommerce platforms.
Website Performance & Maintenance:
Optimize website speed and overall performance. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Handle bug fixing, troubleshooting, and regular updates. Maintain website security best practices to protect client assets.
Collaboration & Execution:
Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, and project managers to achieve project goals. Understand project requirements thoroughly and deliver within deadlines. Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Strong command of WordPress architecture and ecosystem. Proficiency in PHP and MySQL development. Experience with custom plugin development and customization. Solid understanding of REST APIs. Frontend skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with Elementor or similar page builders. Practical experience with WooCommerce development and management.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in digital marketing agencies. A portfolio showcasing live websites, especially WooCommerce and business sites. Understanding of SEO-friendly development practices. Basic knowledge of hosting environments, cPanel, and deployment processes.
Additional Attributes
Ability to build websites from the ground up, not just assemble with page builders. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Focus on performance, scalability, and writing clean, maintainable code.
Bonus Skills

This is a full-time, in-office position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000. We seek a proactive developer capable of handling end-to-end WordPress development—from backend logic to frontend execution—delivering high-quality, scalable websites that meet client expectations.
