Key Responsibilities
- Design layouts and visual content across multiple platforms, including digital and print formats such as social media posts, posters, reports, reels, and short-form videos (both animated and video-based).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various business streams, maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Interpret creative briefs to produce original visual work, avoiding templates or recycled ideas.
- Collaborate effectively with the remote team and consistently deliver high-quality work independently, without the need for close supervision.

Required Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating fresh, original thinking that goes beyond replicating existing aesthetics and shows the development of a unique design voice.
- Proficiency in design software including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with tools like Figma, CapCut, Blender, or other relevant software is a plus.
- Strong ability to receive and incorporate feedback with an open mind, refining work thoughtfully and without ego.
- Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing are highly desirable.
