We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer to join this HealthTech team. In this role, you will build AI-enabled applications and scalable cloud infrastructure that directly influence healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing JavaScript/React applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Architect and develop new AI-enabled applications, workflows, and internal tools.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and event-driven systems.
- Build critical integrations with healthcare systems, telephony platforms, AI providers, and third-party services.
- Utilize modern AI tooling and coding assistants to increase development speed and code quality.
- Contribute strategically to evolving the platform toward autonomous and intelligent workflow orchestration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a fullstack engineer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work consistent EST hours to maintain team alignment.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency with Firestore/Firebase and REST API development.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and containerized environments such as Docker.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Vercel, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Knowledge of Python and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Background in event-driven architectures, microservices, or real-time systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI SDKs, large language model integrations, and Voice/Conversational AI platforms.
