Functional Consultant - IT

We are seeking an experienced IT Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of proven expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and customizing enterprise applications, particularly ERP or other business systems. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation, testing, and user adoption. The position is based in Karachi Clifton and requires the candidate to reliably commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT systems.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for technical teams.
- Configure and customize enterprise applications according to the defined requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout system implementation and testing phases.
- Provide end-user support, conduct training sessions, and offer post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth adoption of IT solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience working as an IT Functional Consultant or in a similar role, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
