Devsinc is seeking a motivated Associate Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams to analyze clients' business processes, gather detailed requirements, and support the design and implementation of tailored solutions across various technologies and platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, while contributing to impactful client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing customer business requirements, needs, and objectives to help design effective solutions.
- Support the preparation of solution designs and perform gap analyses for critical business requirements not covered by standard ERP functionalities.
- Help prepare functional specifications for customizations required by the technical team.
- Participate in process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate proposed solutions to clients.
- Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases, facilitate UAT execution by customers, and resolve any issues encountered during testing.
- Assist in creating data migration strategies and templates to ensure accurate data transfer.
- Contribute to smooth and timely ERP cut-over by mitigating risks identified during data migration and earlier implementation phases.
- Provide independent post-go-live support to address client needs and system issues.
- Conduct short-format calls such as UAT check-ins, support sessions, and module retraining independently.
- Lead the complete activity of uploading data into the ERP system.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA, CA, MBA, BS in Accounting & Finance, or an equivalent qualification, preferably with an O/A levels background.
- Approximately 1 year of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics D365 & Ax 2012.
- Strong analytical skills to accurately understand and interpret customer requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset to work well within cross-functional teams and contribute to solution design.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
- Customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail to perform thorough gap analysis and ensure successful data migration.
