Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion ERP to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure successful system deployment that aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
- Work with business users to identify process gaps and recommend system-based improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues, manage integrations, and implement system enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation, develop test scenarios, and create user support materials.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist users in resolving functional challenges.
- Ensure ERP processes remain aligned with business needs and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proven functional expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion modules: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Manufacturing, Inventory Management, or Order Management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Fusion certification is highly desirable.
