You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely fund reporting that investors, distributors, administrators, and auditors depend on. This includes preparing NAV, performance data, holdings, and investor statements for on-chain funds and structured products. Every figure you publish will be fully reconciled with the administrator’s records, the fund’s books, and blockchain data, ensuring complete transparency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
NAV Reporting:
Prepare and review the NAV pack for each fund, vault, and segregated portfolio according to its valuation cycle. Reconcile the administrator’s NAV with the shadow NAV and on-chain positions, resolving any discrepancies before final sign-off. Track accruals, fees, distributor rebates, and expected-loss provisions within the NAV, providing clear explanations for period-on-period movements. Publish NAV and NAV-per-share data to the vault and on-chain reporting layers on schedule, ensuring all sign-off evidence is documented.
Investor and Distributor Reporting:
Produce monthly and quarterly investor reports covering performance, yield, portfolio composition, concentration by originator and obligor, liquidity, and redemption metrics. Prepare investor statements, capital activity notices, and reports for distributors and feeder vaults. Maintain the investor data room and due diligence questionnaire (DDQ) library, responding promptly to investor and distributor reporting requests.
Audit, Regulatory, and Board Reporting:
Prepare fund-level inputs required for audits, regulatory returns, and fund board packs. Serve as the primary reporting contact for the fund administrator and auditors on a day-to-day basis. Support FATCA and CRS reporting data management in collaboration with the administrator.
Controls and Automation:
Manage the fund reporting calendar, templates, and review checklists, ensuring all reporting errors are logged and corrected. Drive automation of recurring reports by integrating data from administrators, custodians, and on-chain sources to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications

- Practical experience with NAV review and investor reporting for funds or structured products.
- Solid understanding of fund accounting principles, including accruals, fees, expense allocation, and credit-loss provisioning.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CFA (candidates currently pursuing these are also encouraged to apply).
- Experience working with administrator platforms like Apex, SS&C, or Citco.
- Background in private credit, money-market, or tokenized fund reporting.
- Exposure to Shariah-compliant fund reporting is advantageous.
What We Are Not Looking For
- Candidates focused on business KPI or dashboard analysis, as this role is centered on fund-level reporting rather than company performance metrics.
- Individuals who cannot fully reconcile the numbers they publish.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and accountability in fund reporting are paramount. You will play a critical role in maintaining investor confidence through transparent and accurate financial disclosures.
