Fundraising Manager

The Fundraising Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support the organization’s programs and advocacy efforts. The Fundraising Manager will identify and cultivate potential donors, prepare grant proposals and funding applications, manage ongoing donor relationships, and organize fundraising events and campaigns. Collaboration with program and communications teams is essential to create compelling narratives and fundraising materials that resonate with supporters. The position also involves maintaining accurate fundraising records, monitoring progress toward revenue goals, analyzing fundraising performance, and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to support organizational goals.
- Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with prospective donors and funding partners.
- Prepare grant proposals, funding applications, and reports for institutional donors and partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage fundraising events and campaigns, including budgeting and logistics.
- Collaborate closely with program and communications teams to develop effective fundraising narratives and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and donor information using CRM or donor management systems.
- Monitor fundraising performance against targets, analyze outcomes, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure all fundraising efforts align with the organization’s mission, values, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in fundraising strategy development, donor prospecting, and relationship management.
- Strong skills in grant writing, proposal development, and reporting to institutional donors.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage fundraising events and campaigns, including budgeting and logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive fundraising messages.
- Proficiency in CRM or donor management software and basic data analysis tools to track fundraising activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to the mission of women’s empowerment and a solid understanding of issues related to economic empowerment, violence against women, and women’s health.
