Game Developer

IK Group of Companies Ltd is seeking an experienced Unity Game Developer for a one-time project to create a complete 3D mobile farming simulation game for iOS and Android platforms. The project involves developing a game inspired by popular titles like Hay Day, featuring interactive farming mechanics, 3D environments, player progression, multiplayer capabilities, and in-game monetisation. This contract-based role offers an opportunity to work on future projects depending on performance. The position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, with options for on-site or hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a full 3D farming simulation game using Unity and C#.
- Build and optimise the game for both iOS and Android devices.
- Implement core farming mechanics such as planting, harvesting, animal management, and production buildings.
- Design and develop farm customisation, land expansion, and player progression systems.
- Integrate multiplayer features including player trading, friends lists, and social interactions.
- Implement daily rewards, challenges, seasonal events, and leaderboards to enhance player engagement.
- Integrate in-app purchases, virtual currencies, and premium features to support monetisation.
- Develop or integrate backend systems for player accounts and cloud saving functionality.
- Ensure smooth gameplay through performance optimisation and thorough bug fixing.
- Prepare and publish the final game on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Deliver complete source code and technical documentation upon project completion.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Unity 3D and C# programming.
- Proven track record of developing and launching mobile games on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience working with 3D game environments, animations, and interactive gameplay elements.
- Solid understanding of multiplayer systems, APIs, and backend integration.
- Knowledge of mobile game monetisation strategies, including in-app purchases.
- Expertise in optimising game performance across a range of mobile devices.
- Ability to independently manage development milestones and deliverables within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
