Key Responsibilities
You will lead the execution and delivery of multiple game initiatives, ensuring fast progress without compromising quality. Your role includes driving end-to-end execution across development and LiveOps, managing cross-functional teams spanning product, design, engineering, art, and QA. You will be responsible for removing blockers swiftly, maintaining team alignment, and establishing a reliable, fast release cadence. Coordination of LiveOps planning and execution is critical, as is balancing speed with quality to enable rapid iteration without disruptions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have experience as a Producer on mobile games, particularly in casual or hybrid casual genres. Strong background in LiveOps environments with frequent releases is essential. Proven ability to manage fast-paced, cross-functional teams is required. You must be highly organized without relying heavily on rigid processes, able to make quick decisions, and keep teams moving forward. Comfort with operating in environments with incomplete information is important. A strong sense of ownership and a focus on outcomes over process are key traits for success in this role.
