Game QA

Highbit Games is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Game QA professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in mobile game testing, game planning, and a strong command of Firebase and Data Analytics. A solid understanding of gameplay mechanics and player experience is essential to help us deliver engaging and polished mobile games.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing game mechanics, levels, and gameplay features to enhance player engagement.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to implement and refine game elements.
- Conduct manual, exploratory, and regression testing on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on bugs and gameplay issues to ensure quality.
- Re-test bug fixes and perform regression testing to confirm resolution of issues.
- Utilize Firebase and Data Analytics tools to monitor game performance, player behavior, and key metrics.
- Analyze gameplay data and provide actionable insights to improve overall game quality and player satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with development, design, and product teams to deliver seamless and enjoyable mobile gaming experiences.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Over one year of relevant experience in mobile game testing, game planning, or game design.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase and Data Analytics platforms is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, player psychology, and balancing techniques.
- Proficient knowledge of mobile QA methodologies, testing processes, and bug-tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly identify and communicate issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Effective communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Passionate about mobile gaming and committed to delivering high-quality player experiences.
