Gaming, Content & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Gaming Content & Social Media Manager to lead the promotion of our casual cricket game and expand its audience across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative content ideas, managing and publishing engaging content consistently, and exploring new ways to attract and retain players. A strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing is essential. Additionally, a genuine passion for cricket and knowledge of the sport will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to effectively promote the game.
- Build and manage a daily or weekly content calendar across multiple social media and digital platforms.
- Create, coordinate, and publish diverse content types, including short-form videos, graphics, memes, social posts, blog articles, community content, promotional campaigns, and other engaging formats.
- Adapt content to suit different platforms, audiences, and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media, gaming, and cricket-related trends to identify new content opportunities.
- Experiment with various content formats, messaging, and creative concepts to improve performance and audience interaction.
- Analyze content performance data and apply insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Collaborate with the game and product teams to translate new features, updates, events, and promotions into compelling content.
- Foster and maintain an active, engaged community around the game.
- Track and report on key content and social media performance metrics regularly.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in social media management, digital content creation, content marketing, gaming content, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
- Demonstrated ability to generate creative content ideas and execute them consistently across multiple channels.
- Experience producing or managing a variety of digital content, such as social media posts, videos, graphics, blogs, and other creative formats.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with the ability to independently identify content opportunities.
- Proficiency with content creation tools for video, graphics, and digital media.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret content performance data and use it to enhance results.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Strong interest in gaming and digital entertainment.
- A genuine interest in and knowledge of cricket is highly preferred.
- Submission of a portfolio or examples of previous content work is required, including details of the candidate’s role, platforms used, and measurable results such as views, engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, or conversions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience promoting mobile, web, casual, sports, or gaming products.
- Familiarity with cricket and its online communities or audience.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts or online communities from early stages.
- Experience managing both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report content performance.
- Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or gaming communities.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Lahore within the Marketing department. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of a popular casual cricket game and engage with a passionate community of players.
