We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Gardener based in Attock. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens and landscaped areas, performing tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and general care of plants, trees, and shrubs. This role requires daily use of basic gardening tools and equipment, monitoring plant health, assisting with lawn care, and participating in seasonal clean-up activities. The Gardener will also manage irrigation routines, ensuring proper watering schedules are followed, and adhere to garden designs or layouts to maintain neat, safe, and visually appealing outdoor spaces. Collaboration with supervisors or property managers to plan improvements and conduct regular maintenance is also expected.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens and landscaped areas through planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor plant health and address issues related to pests, diseases, or soil conditions
- Assist with lawn care and seasonal clean-up tasks
- Support irrigation routines, including watering schedules and basic system upkeep
- Follow garden designs and layouts to ensure outdoor spaces remain tidy and attractive
- Work alongside supervisors or property managers to plan and implement garden improvements
- Perform manual outdoor work for extended periods, adapting to varying weather conditions

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in gardening and general landscape maintenance
- Knowledge of landscaping principles and basic garden design
- Understanding of irrigation systems, including watering schedules and routine maintenance
- Familiarity with plant care, soil types, pest and disease management, and seasonal gardening tasks
- Ability to safely use hand tools and light gardening equipment
- Physical capability to perform outdoor manual labor in diverse weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective time management
