Key Responsibilities

- Manage the technical scope of projects throughout all phases by gathering and interpreting data from various sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration platforms. Identify patterns and trends to support business improvements.
- Develop and implement record management processes and policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and establish automated data processing workflows.
- Evaluate, select, and implement external tools and services to support data validation and cleansing activities.
- Produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Analyze complex data sets, including customer and survey data, to generate actionable insights.
- Design and execute surveys, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients using advanced business analytics tools.
- Create data dashboards, visualizations, and graphs to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine large datasets to draw valid conclusions and present findings effectively to management using reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and share insights aligned with client requirements to support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data projects end-to-end, including data gathering, processing, analysis, and visualization.
- Proficiency in building automated data processes and working with data validation and cleansing tools.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights.
