GDS Expert (Galileo & Sabre)

Seven Zones Travel, a UK-based company, is seeking an experienced GDS Expert proficient in Galileo and Sabre systems to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airline ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role requires adaptability to changing travel demands and effective communication with airlines, clients, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage airline ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund processes using Galileo and Sabre GDS platforms.
- Ensure accurate fare calculations while adhering to airline and IATA regulations.
- Coordinate efficiently with airlines, clients, and internal departments to maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, professional communication at all times.
- Adapt quickly to evolving travel schedules and industry demands to meet client needs.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an IATA-accredited travel company.
- Proficiency in both Galileo and Sabre GDS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong command of the English language, with at least Level 3 proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Genuine passion for the travel industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
