This role is ideal for someone who consistently generates funny and engaging ideas for Instagram Reels, stays ahead of trending memes, and can transform everyday moments into captivating digital content. Key Responsibilities

- Create relatable, humorous, and engaging content tailored for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
- Develop original meme concepts inspired by everyday experiences, youth culture, and current trends.
- Research trending sounds, formats, memes, and viral content to stay updated and relevant.
- Brainstorm creative ideas, write concise video scripts, and craft compelling hooks and captions.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using a smartphone and editing tools such as CapCut or VN.
- Experiment with various content styles, storytelling techniques, and innovative formats.
- Monitor content performance and analyze audience engagement to refine and improve future posts.

Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, internet humor, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to transform simple ideas into entertaining content.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and other short-form video formats.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Good writing skills for hooks, captions, and short scripts.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and accept creative feedback constructively.
