GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to lead daily business operations, drive strategic growth, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve financial and operational excellence. This role requires overseeing the overall performance of the business unit, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, and aligning operations with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will be a motivating leader with strong executive management experience, excellent analytical skills, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery.

Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term business strategies and operational plans that support the company’s vision and growth goals.

Financial Oversight: Oversee profit and loss management, prepare annual budgets, monitor financial results, and promote revenue growth while maintaining strict cost control measures.

Team Leadership & Talent Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff members. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements, including quality standards and the adoption of modern technology solutions to enhance productivity.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for key clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and corporate leadership to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements across all operational functions.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Operations Manager or General Manager role with direct responsibility for P&L.

Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading, scaling, and developing multidisciplinary teams.

Skills: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
