General Surgery-SR

Naeem Hospital Mohlanwal Branch is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Registrar in General Surgery to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be a Postgraduate Resident (PGR) in General Surgery with 4 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience. Candidates should have strong surgical exposure and be nearing the completion of their postgraduate training, ideally approaching Consultant level. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing a wide range of surgical cases while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring surgical care.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
- Handle both emergency and elective surgical cases efficiently.
- Assist in and perform surgical procedures within the scope of competency.
- Conduct daily patient rounds to monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Respond promptly to surgical emergencies, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants, Residents, Anesthesia teams, Nursing staff, and other relevant departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and clinical records.
- Adhere strictly to patient safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Participate actively in on-call rotations and emergency duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Currently enrolled as a Postgraduate Resident (PGR) in General Surgery.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of clinical experience in General Surgery.
- Valid PMDC registration/license to practice.
- Demonstrated strong exposure to a variety of general surgical procedures and emergency cases.
- Excellent clinical decision-making abilities, along with effective communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
